All Sales Are Final

Because digital products become accessible immediately after purchase — and because customers can view, save, and retain the content instantly — all sales of digital products from Goshen Industries, LLC are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

The Your Path Pivot eBook

The digital workbook

Downloadable resources

Digital bundles or add-ons

Missed or non-attendance for any live or virtual sessions (if applicable)


About Personalized PDF Stamping

Our digital products may be delivered with a PDF stamp containing the buyer’s information (such as name, order number, or other identifying metadata).

This personalization helps discourage unauthorized sharing.

However, even if PDF stamping is unavailable or not incorporated for any reason, the no-refund policy still applies.
Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned.


Gift Purchases

Customers are welcome to purchase additional copies of the eBook as gifts.

When buying multiple copies:

You may be asked to confirm whether extra copies are intentional gift purchases, or

An accidental duplicate

Copies purchased intentionally as gifts are not eligible for refunds.

Gift copies may or may not be stamped using:

The buyer’s name

The buyer’s order number

Or other identifying information

If recipient names are not provided, all copies may be stamped using the buyer’s details.


Duplicate Purchases (Accidental Double Charges)

The only exception to our no-refund policy is an accidental duplicate purchase of the same digital product.

A “duplicate purchase” does not include:

Intentional extra copies purchased as gifts

Bulk quantity selections

Additional copies purchased on purpose

Important: Duplicate Purchases Must Remain Unaccessed

If you believe you purchased the same item twice by mistake,
please do not click, access, or open the download links for the duplicate copies.

Accessing or downloading the file indicates the product has been received, and the duplicate charge will not be eligible for a refund.

To request review of a duplicate charge:

Contact us within 7 days of purchase

Provide your name, order number(s), and screenshots of the duplicate billing

After verification, the duplicate charge will be refunded


Non-Transferability

Digital products cannot be:

Returned

Exchanged

Resold

Transferred to another person

Reassigned after purchase

Purchased products (whether stamped copies or not) are specifically for the buyer (and/or future designated gift recipients, if applicable).
